Location: Leicester and surrounds; south and west of city; ideally close to M1 / M69 motorway. (May consider alternatives if close to search area).

Size: 7+ acres*  40,000+ sq ft.

Tenure: Freehold strongly preferred.

*A larger site of c12-14 acres would also be of interest as an alternative to enable PDI & vehicle storage to be accommodated in addition to the main sales function.

Timing: ASAP
