Paul was a Senior Director and National Business Unit Head at GVA, heading up its Automotive & Roadside team for many years, having joined in January 1995. He set up Latitude with Andrew in 2018 and enjoys working across a wide range of sectors, primarily on the acquisition side, having transacted in self-storage, warehousing and logistics, residential, care, discount food, drive thru F&B, petrol forecourts, EV forecourts, open storage, student housing, trade counter and retail warehousing as well as continuing to advise on auto-related property across the country.
Andrew Ilsley

Andrew qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in London in 1988 before joining Helical Bar plc as Head of Asset Management in 1993. Five years later he went on to become Managing Director of AIM-listed development company, Comland Commercial Plc. In 2003 he joined RS&Co with responsibility for agency and investment,
re-structuring the business in 2010 and went on to co-found Drive Group, a development partner for owners and occupiers of roadside property. His professional commitments have included sitting on the Central London Committee of the RICS and working party involvement with the British Property Federation. Andrew co-founded Latitude Real Estate in 2018.
Peter Paphitis

Peter joined Latitude in early 2025, having over 10 years’ experience in the Automotive and Roadside marketplace. Peter advises a wide-ranging client base from motor dealer groups and independent forecourt operators to high net worth individuals and institutional investors. He accepts both professional and agency matters across the Automotive and Roadside sector, transacting specifically in relation to motor retailing, petrol filling stations, autocentres, drive thru’s and EV forecourts.
Greg Judd

Greg was previously a Senior Director at Avison Young (formerly GVA). He joined Latitude in 2024 and brings with him a market leading reputation for delivering best in class real estate advice having worked on numerous high-profile assignments. He specialises in advisory work in the corporate and restructuring sectors acting on behalf of owner managed businesses, corporates, lenders, investors, high net worth individuals and restructuring experts. He has significant experience having worked across all sectors in the UK property market for over 30 years.
